Great video, I second the "will it griddle?" or maybe a camping cooking segment? Gotta show how versatile that instant pot is sis:) I especially loved the footage of LoJo running, so precious, a child runs with such glee that it looks magical, if only we could hold on to that!

We are in Central Florida right now! Looks like you’re having a blast! Just bought that same tube of cookies. I make them for my niece in the convection microwave in 10 minutes and they are heavenly! Was rooting for you all that the griddle would have worked!
