Free Camping in Florida - Boondocking near Tampa - RV Family of 7

We didn't know what to expect when trying out one of Florida's many public lands. We spend a few days in Cyprus Creek Preserve about 30 minutes north of Tampa.

Large spaces, quiet camping are some of the pluses, but we make a few rookie boondocking mistakes AND crash our drone in the process!

Join us as we hit the beach at Canaveral National Shoreline to watch the SpaceX Falcon Heavy LAUNCH!

We were amazed at how many Teslas we saw, which encouraged us to build our own!

Making our way around Florida, we stop at Riverside RV Resort in Arcadia FL. We enjoy the excellent pools, rivers and nature walks around Port Charlotte.
